Quentin Favre

Quentin Favre is an experienced professional in the actuarial and underwriting fields, currently serving as an Aviation Junior Underwriter at AXA XL since September 2025. Previously, Quentin worked as a Capital Reporting Actuary at PartnerRe, where collaboration with various teams ensured data-driven underwriting decisions and provided crucial capital metrics. Prior to that, Quentin was a Business Developer and Consultant Actuary at addactis, contributing to pricing assignments and the launch of the company's first subsidiary in Asia. Additional experience includes roles as a Reinsurance Risk Analyst at AXA, a Data Scientist at Agorisk, and an internship in social insurance.
