Rob Penrod

Rob Penrod has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as the Configuration Management Lead at AXA XL since December 2015. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at XL Catlin, including SACM Global Lead and US PMO Manager/Strategic Projects Manager, where significant contributions were made during the merger with Caitlin in 2015. Rob's earlier career includes serving as the Director of Professional Services at Matrix42, leading successful product deployments and service initiatives, and managing large-scale IT projects at The Home Depot. Rob holds an Associate's Degree in Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute and an Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Butler Community College.
