Sheila Bocz

Sheila Bocz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in release management and process project management. Currently serving as the Release Management Manager at Hays since December 2018, Sheila oversees all release management activities for the Lab of the Future (LTMS) project teams, ensuring seamless communication with integrated systems teams. Prior to this, Sheila worked at XL Catlin since February 2015, managing software change and release teams for a prominent global insurance and reinsurance firm, emphasizing diversity to enhance delivery processes. Sheila's earlier experience includes serving as AVP/Manager of Enterprise Configuration and Release & Quality Assurance teams at QBE North America from 1998 to 2014. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Accounting from Georgia College & University.
