Tom Hughes

Tom Hughes has over 18 years of experience in the marine insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Marine and Melbourne Office Leader at AXA XL since June 2016. Previously held a similar role at XL Catlin from June 2016 onward. Prior experience includes positions such as Marine Underwriting Manager for the Southern Region at HDI Global SE, Underwriting Manager for Marine VIC/TAS at Zurich Financial Services Australia, and various underwriting roles at Amlin and Tokio Marine Europe. Tom's career began as a Broker Assistant at CBC UK.
