Amel Hamli

Amel Hamli serves as the Human Resources Director at AXA Algeria since January 2018, overseeing a workforce of 600 employees across 50 agencies with a turnover of $200 million. Prior to this role, Amel held various positions at Danone from January 2015 to December 2017, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner focusing on cross-category sales, supply chain, marketing, and medical sectors, as well as Human Resources Business Partner in sales and supply chain. From January 2008 to December 2015, Amel worked at Total as Head of HR and Head of Development. The early career spanned from 2003 to 2008 at ERCC - Roofing & General Contractors as HR Manager. Amel's educational qualifications include a Mastère in Business Administration specializing in Business Strategy Development from ESAA, a specialized Mastère in Human Resources Management from Centre d'Etudes supérieures industrielles d'Algérie, and a Maitrise in Law from the Faculté des Sciences Juridiques d'Alger.
