Caroline Plichart

Caroline Plichart has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partners, Head of Talent and Diversity & Inclusion, Head of HR Transformation, and HR Business Transformation Expert at AXA since September 2017. Prior to AXA, Caroline worked at P&V as Talent Manager and Head of HR Business Partners, where responsibilities included managing recruitment, internal mobility development, and performance management. Caroline's career began at Ernst & Young, where roles included HR Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Senior Recruiter. Additional experience includes positions at Deloitte, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Vedior recruitment & selection. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Université libre de Bruxelles and completed a Prosci Change Management course in 2016.
