Fernando Lorenzo Jorge

Fernando Lorenzo Jorge serves as the Head of Organizational and Business Architecture at AXA since September 2012, where responsibilities include defining the company's operating model and developing governance models that enhance customer focus and agility. Previously held roles at AXA include Organizational Development Manager and Business Transformation Senior Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals across EMEA-LATAM entities. Prior to AXA, Fernando worked at Atos from 2001 to 2012, occupying various positions including Senior Lean Consultant, Project Manager, and Analyst, where leadership in lean transformations and project execution significantly improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Fernando holds a Licenciatura in Economía from Universidad de Alcalá, obtained in 2000.
