Francesca Costa

Francesca Costa is the Head of the Life Reserves Office at AXA, specializing in actuarial analysis and financial aspects of life insurance. From 2012 to 2013, Francesca contributed to the ALM team at AXA-MPS, focusing on stochastic models, and served in the Appointed Actuary team from 2009 to 2012. Prior to this, Francesca worked as a consultant for life companies and as an economical statistician in the telecommunication sector and the Italian National Institute of Statistics. Francesca holds a degree in Economical Statistics and two master’s degrees, one in Controlling from Università di Perugia and the other in Insurance Risk Management from Università di Roma “La Sapienza.”
