Ian McDowell

Ian McDowell currently serves as the Head of Change for AXA Commercial and has been with the company since July 2020. Ian also holds the title of Business Architect at AXA. In addition, Ian has been a Director at BECMONT LTD since February 2016 and previously worked as a Programme Manager at Willis Towers Watson and AIG. Ian's extensive experience in project and change management spans various roles at several prominent companies, including QBE Insurance, Munich Re, Liberty Syndicates, Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, and Barclays. Ian holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Kingston University.
