Jan Schwartz

Jan A. Schwartz is the Chief Benefits Underwriter at AXA, where they design and underwrite qualified benefit retirement plans. With extensive experience in the administration and compliance of employee benefit plans, Jan has a strong background in both defined contribution and defined benefit plans, along with expertise in pension asset management. Previously, Jan served as Compliance and Benefits Administrator at Accurecord and as Chief Underwriter for Equitable, focusing on plan design and regulatory compliance. Jan holds an M.B.A. with Distinction from the New York Institute of Technology and a B.A. in History/Economics from City College of New York.
