Jérôme Crétien

Jérôme Crétien is currently the Group Head of Structuring Analytics & Pricing - Ceded Reinsurance at AXA, where they oversee a significant team and ensure optimal use of reinsurance to protect the AXA Group. Previously, they served as the Head of Analytics & Pricing at AXA Global Re and accumulated extensive experience across various actuarial roles, including Senior Reinsurance Actuary and Reserving & Risk Actuary. Jérôme also has a background in education, having taught Enterprise Risk Management to master's students at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée. They hold multiple degrees in engineering and actuarial science from prestigious institutions, including Ecole Centrale Paris and Université Paris Dauphine.
