Julien Callard currently serves as Group Chief Actuary and Group P&C Chief Actuary at AXA since March 2022. Previously, Julien held the position of Managing Director at AXA Insurance from November 2019 to February 2022, overseeing the General Insurance and Health & Employee Benefits units. Julien's experience in the insurance sector also includes roles as Head of P&C and Head of Motor at AXA México from July 2015 to November 2019, and Technical & Marketing Head for P&C Retail Non Motor at AXA en France from October 2007 to June 2015, along with serving as Head of P&C Actuarial. Julien holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the Institut de Science Financière et d'Assurances and a Doctoral Degree in Finance from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
