Marcel Neuß studied Mathematics at Technische Universität Dortmund and Northern Arizona University, earning a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science. They gained diverse experience through internships at Continentale Versicherung, Bayer, P3, and the Boston Consulting Group, where they held roles as an Associate and Visiting Associate. Currently, Marcel serves as the Head of Operations Claims Steering & Outsourcing Management at AXA while also holding the position of Head of Agile Steering at SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe. Through their activities in student consultancy, Marcel collaborated on various projects for both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing their operational insight.
