Marika Rueter

Marika Rueter is a strategist with extensive experience in sustainability and project management. They served as a Sustainable Development Coordinator at Total from 2010 to 2011 and spent nearly a decade with Bouygues Construction, where they held the role of Project Manager and later as Quality, Environment, and Sustainability Manager at Bouygues Bâtiment International from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Marika is the Head of Sustainability Strategy Development at AXA, where they leverage their interpersonal and multilingual skills to drive positive impact and empower others. With a background as a "Third Culture Kid," Marika is committed to change-oriented leadership and fostering collaboration among diverse partners.
