Michal Matul

AXA EssentiALL, head of digital health, consumer insights and training

Michal Matul is an international development specialist focused on inclusive insurance and digital health in emerging markets. They hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Warsaw and master's degrees from Sciences Po and the Warsaw School of Economics. Michal has extensive experience in managing research and innovation initiatives within the International Labour Organization, including the Impact Insurance Facility, and has contributed to the development of consumer insights at AXA. Currently, they serve on the executive team of the Digital Connected Care Coalition and as a board member of the Swiss Capacity Building Facility, fostering innovation in inclusive finance and health equity.
