Natasha Litvinova is an experienced data architecture and enterprise architect professional with a robust background in data management, IT strategy, and application architecture. Currently serving as the Head of Data Architecture at AXA since April 2025, Natasha oversees the development of a comprehensive data architecture roadmap and ensures alignment with strategic goals across AXA UK and Ireland. Previously, Natasha held various enterprise architect roles at the Financial Conduct Authority from 2016 to 2025, focusing on shaping technical visions and guiding data management initiatives. Natasha's earlier career includes significant positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibilities spanned enterprise architecture, product ownership of CRM systems, and business analysis. Educational credentials include an MS in Finance from the International Banking Institute and an MS in Computer Science from ITMO University, complemented by training at the Gartner EA Foundation.
