Paul Rivon

Paul Rivon is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Alternative Debt at AXA since September 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating global investment activities across various alternative and private debt strategies in a team of seven investment professionals. Prior to this role, Paul held several positions at AXA Investment Managers from October 2006 to August 2020, including Head of Private Debt and Structured Credit, along with roles as Senior Portfolio Manager for Fixed Income and Investment Solutions. Previous experience includes a position as Credit Risk Manager at Allianz Global Investors from 2004 to 2006 and a Management Consultant role at Synagir. Paul holds a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute and multiple degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from CentraleSupélec and Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a foundation in mathematics and physics from Lycée Chateaubriand.
