Philippe Da Costa

Philippe Da Costa is currently the Group Senior Crisis Management Officer at AXA, where they lead multiple strategic initiatives in operational resilience and act as the on-call officer for AXA Group Crisis Committees. Previously, from 2012 to 2019, they served as Head of Performance Office, Chief Risk Officer, Crisis Coordinator, and Business Continuity Manager at AXA, enhancing the organization's risk management maturity and business continuity capabilities. They have also held positions as Head of Operational Resilience at AXA Group Operations and as a Senior Consultant at an accounting firm, gaining extensive experience in finance and operational transformation. Philippe holds a DESCF in Finance and Management from Ecole de Sèvres, earned between 1997 and 2000.
