Sophie Bertrand

Sophie Bertrand is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure and Real Estate Debt at AXA Group since July 2018, focusing on infrastructure equity and debt as well as real estate debt within private markets. Previously, as a Senior Investment Professional at AXA Group, Sophie specialized in infrastructure investments, particularly in renewable energy, and played a key role in presenting investment opportunities to the Investment Committee. Prior experience includes roles at Allianz from June 2013 to June 2018, where Sophie managed a €3bn asset portfolio as a Portfolio Manager and contributed to private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure investments as an Investment Manager. Earlier in Sophie's career, positions included Junior Investment Manager at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts and Analyst in Asset Management at Amundi. Sophie holds Master's degrees from both Bucknell University and HEC Montréal.
