Waleed Samy

Waleed Samy is an experienced executive in the insurance sector, currently serving as CEO Retail at AXA since June 2017, with previous roles including Chief Retail Officer, Retail Sales Director, and Head of Branches and Direct Retail. Prior to AXA, Waleed held the position of General Manager at Allianz from March 2014 to May 2017, and served as Regional Sales Director-Retail at Takaud Savings and Pensions B.S.C. (c) from March 2013 to March 2014. Waleed's tenure at Allianz Egypt from November 2002 to April 2013 included leadership as Head of Direct Sales Force and Head of Sales for Bancassurance. Waleed Samy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Maastricht School of Management.
