Xavier KEMPA

Xavier Kempa is currently the Responsable d'exploitation et de sécurisation de pôles for the Région Nord-Est at AXA, where they focus on operational management and security. Previously, Xavier held positions at Spie batignolles énergie, including Responsable du développement Nord, where they organized new services in proximity maintenance and renewable energy. Xavier also has internship experience at esteemed institutions such as Warsaw University of Technology and Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they engaged in electronic card development and production processes. They earned a Baccalauréat in industrial science and technology, followed by a DUT in electrical engineering and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in business management.
