Jacob Bergdahl

Jacob Bergdahl has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jacob started their career in 2014 as a Student Marketer at Jusek, where they gained skills in event organization, public speaking, and networking. From 2017 to 2018, Jacob worked as a Business Mentor at Almi Företagspartner, assisting companies with their digitization strategies.

In 2018, Jacob wrote a master's thesis on artificial intelligence (AI) in collaboration with Exsitec and worked as a Software Developer at TietoEVRY, where they built websites for large organizations using React and C#.

Jacob expanded their writing skills in 2019 as a Writer for Medium, focusing on topics such as technology, programming, and business. In 2020, they became an author, publishing their book "This Is Real AI," which explores non-technical aspects of artificial intelligence.

In 2021, Jacob joined Axakon as a Senior Frontend Developer, working with clients like Mojang Studios and Assistansbolaget. Finally, in 2022, they returned to Mojang Studios as a Senior Frontend Developer, working on the UI of Minecraft and Minecraft Legends using Typescript and modern web standards.

Jacob Bergdahl has a diverse education history. In 2013, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information systems from Uppsala University. Jacob continued their education at Uppsala University, obtaining a Master's degree in Management, Communication and IT from 2016 to 2018. In 2016, they also attended the Akamonkai Japanese Language School to study Japanese Studies. Additionally, they pursued further studies at Umeå University, specializing in Mobile Applications Development. Jacob also attended the University of Gävle to study Programming for the Android Platform. In 2017, they briefly studied Strategy & Globalization at Keio University and Business & Digitization at Fudan University.
