Aaron Rose

Aaron Rose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Global Senior Manager of Talent & Inclusion at Axalta since June 2022 and also holding the position of Global Human Resources Business Partner, Aaron has previously contributed to Virtua Health as Program Manager for Professional Development, Aberdeen Standard Investments as Learning and Development Manager for the Americas, and Reliance Standard as Employee Development Consultant. Notable achievements include designing and delivering training programs, managing talent acquisition strategies, and collaborating with executives to enhance employee performance. Aaron's career began in clinical support roles at Bancroft and included creative positions at Please Touch Museum and MicheLee Puppets. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern College and further education from Cornell University.
