David Heflin

Mr. Heflin is Vice President, Global Industrial Liquid Coatings. In that capacity, he oversees the general industrial, coil coatings, wood coatings, and energy solutions businesses. Mr. Heflin brings over 36 years of experience in industrial, marine, and automotive coatings. Before joining Axalta, Mr. Heflin held roles of increasing responsibility at AkzoNobel in the U.S. and Europe. He began his career in coatings at Red Spot Paint and Varnish in 1983. Mr. Heflin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hanover College.
