Erica Spencer

Erica Spencer is a highly experienced HR leader with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as VP of Global Talent Management, HRIS and HR Technology at Axalta since August 2021, Erica has successfully established a Talent Management Center of Excellence, focusing on various key areas, including talent acquisition, diversity, and engagement. Prior roles include VP of Global Learning and Development at Marriott International, where Erica oversaw development initiatives for over 8,000 hotels, and a significant tenure at Novo Nordisk, where Erica held multiple leadership positions in talent and succession management. With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Erica has also worked as an Affiliate Professor and an executive development consultant, showcasing a robust commitment to fostering high-performing cultures and driving strategic HR transformations.
