Nancy Ostrander

Nancy Ostrander serves as Global Vice President of Human Resources for Mobility at Axalta since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Faurecia for North America and as Head of Human Resources at ThyssenKrupp System Engineering. Nancy's career also encompasses positions as Senior Human Resources Manager at BorgWarner, Human Resources Manager at Robert Bosch GmbH, HR Generalist at Collins & Aikman, and Personnel Supervisor at Olsten. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from Western Michigan University and an MBA in Business Management from Walsh College, in addition to participating in the IGNITE Leadership Program at London Business School.
