Yousef Alnatsheh

Yousef Alnatsheh has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the IT Security Section Head and IT Infrastructure & Security Senior Supervisor at Pharma International Company since September 2015. Responsibilities include administration of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and addressing vulnerabilities within the IT environment. Previous roles at Pharma International include IT Infrastructure and Security Supervisor, focusing on firewall management and Microsoft 365 administration, and Senior Technician, where duties encompassed computer administration, managing system ticketing, and configuring Catalyst Cisco switches. Prior to Pharma International, Yousef owned and operated Smart Recovery Shop and worked as an IT Specialist at Computer Food Shop, where responsibilities included repairing PCs and laptops, installing CCTV systems, and managing servers. Yousef holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Hashemite University.
