Charissa Holland is the Founder and Director of Impact Persona, a DISC profiling service established in April 2020, with a vision to provide simplified and accessible psychometric profiling solutions. Alongside this role, Charissa serves as a Software Implementation Consultant at aXcelerate, enhancing client training and product quality since November 2019. Charissa also holds the position of Director of First Impressions at beeconnected I.T. Solutions, focusing on personalized IT support for businesses. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Administrator in a mid-tier public practice accounting firm and various positions in educational and hospitality sectors, contributing to business support, project management, and learning and development. Charissa's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Marketing from Singapore Management University.
