Jay Fulmer

Jay Fulmer has a strong background in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as Supply Chain Director at Axcelis Technologies since December 2017. Fulmer has progressed through various roles at Axcelis, including Director of Operations, Test Engineering Manager, Operations Product Manager, and Final Test Supervisor, showcasing extensive experience in engineering and operational oversight. Prior to this, Fulmer worked at Raytheon as Cell Lead for a brief period in late 2017, and previously held the position of Final Test Engineer at Axcelis from June 2015 to August 2017. Jay Fulmer holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, achieved in 2015.
