Joseph Kostan

Joseph Kostan serves as the International Director of Human Resources at Axcelis Technologies since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role in Human Resources Management for Rakuten's Rewards Business Partners from September 2021 to July 2022, as well as an extensive tenure at Westinghouse Electric Company from December 2010 to December 2020, including positions such as Human Resources Director for Components Operations and Directeur of Human Resources Standardization & EMEA Field Services at Westinghouse Electrique France. Joseph Kostan's career began with Air France as Manager of Employee Relations & Benefits from August 2000 to December 2010, and prior to that, Joseph served as Human Resources Manager at US Airways from May 1996 to September 1999. Academically, Joseph Kostan holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management from Saint Francis University, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and English/Composite Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
