Jason Ellis has over two decades of experience in IT support, currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer at CNG Holdings, Inc. since May 2003. In this role, Jason provides assistance with a range of technical issues for Check 'n Go store PCs, printers, and network equipment, utilizing both remote desktop and in-person support. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Level 2 Helpdesk technician at General Cable, where responsibilities included onsite support for corporate PCs and inventory management for IT equipment. Additionally, Jason was a PC and Server Support Specialist at Arling Lumber Inc., managing a Windows NT 4.0 server and overseeing technology needs for a small office. Jason holds an Associate of Applied Business degree in PC Support and Administration from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and graduated from St. Bernard-Elmwood Place High School.
