Dileep Kumar Yp has four years of work experience. In 2015, they began their career as an Engineering Trainee at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, where they studied contract specifications of various Thermal Power plant projects, prepared consolidated BOMs for instruments, and prepared technical specifications for bought out items. In 2019, they became a Student Intern at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, where they worked on 2G and 3G networks and their underlying technology, as well as installation and management of landline phones and OFC broadband services. In 2021, they joined GlowTouch Technologies as a Junior Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Cloud Engineer at axcess.io.

Dileep Kumar Yp has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Education in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education in 2016.
