With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth, Josh has experience in customer success, sales analysis, account management, and various other roles in companies such as Datadog, Vertafore, and Medtronic. In their role, Josh works closely with Managed Service Providers to provide tailored Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solutions, as well as building valuable connections and resources for mutual success.
