Andrew Murphy is an experienced education recruitment professional with a deep passion for supporting clients and candidates in the SEND sector. At Axcis Education Recruitment since May 2015, Andrew has held the roles of Senior Education Consultant, Business Development Manager, and Executive Education Consultant, focusing on the recruitment of staff for students with special educational needs and disabilities. Prior experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at Upton-by-Chester High School, where responsibilities involved mentoring secondary school students and facilitating their academic success. Andrew also gained leadership experience as a Chalet Host at the3valleys.com, overseeing a sales team to meet company targets. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Chester after completing education at Birkenhead School and Calday Grange Grammar School.
