Mikael Engblom

Mikael Engblom currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Axel Arigato since November 2023. Previously, Mikael founded Engblom Advisory AB in February 2022, providing business advisory services, including board assignments, CFO, interim CFO, and M&A. As Interim CFO at BICO from May 2022 to January 2023, Mikael was a member of the executive management team and initiated measures to enhance cash flow and profitability. Mikael held the position of CFO at Vitrolife from April 2007 to February 2022, overseeing finance, IT, legal, and investor relations, and also served as controller focusing on operations. Early career experience includes project controller and controller roles at Volvo Car Corporation from 2001 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and a recent course on board work from Styrelseakademien.
