Salwa Bakos

Salwa Bakos has extensive experience in product development and management within the footwear industry, currently serving as Head of Development and Production for Footwear at Axel Arigato since February 2022. Prior to this role, Salwa held various positions at Lacoste PCL from March 2018 to February 2022, including Product Development Manager and Senior Product Developer. Additional experience includes roles such as Product Developer at Lacoste Chaussures, Sophia Webster Ltd, Just Fab Ltd, Hunter Boot Ltd, and Chloe Jade Green at TopShop. Salwa's career began at Dune Group as an Assistant Buyer. Educational credentials include a BA (Honours) in Fashion Printed Textile Design with Business Studies from the University of Brighton and a Bachelor's Degree in Printed Textile with Professional Practice from Central Saint Martins.
