Sheila Eckhardt-Dungate

Sheila Eckhardt-Dungate has extensive work experience in the fashion industry, particularly in footwear development and merchandising. Sheila currently holds the position of Senior Product Developer at Axel Arigato since June 2022.

Prior to their current role, they worked at Hunter Boot Ltd for 8 years, from July 2014 to May 2022, where they progressed through various roles including Product Developer, Junior Product Developer, and Junior Production Coordinator, all focused on footwear.

Before joining Hunter Boot Ltd, they worked as a Product Merchandiser at PURIFIED FOOTWEAR from January 2012 to August 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Merchandiser at Hudson Shoe Agencies from November 2011 to August 2014.

Sheila also has experience as a Designer at siob.she from September 2008 to January 2012, as an Assistant Buyer at Libertybelle Uk Ltd. from January 2010 to September 2011, as a Studio Assistant at Kinder Aggugini from June 2009 to October 2009, and as a Sales Advisor at TOPSHOP TOPMAN from September 2008 to August 2009.

Sheila Eckhardt-Dungate has a diverse education history. Sheila started by earning a BA (Hons) 1:1 degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Limerick Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2004 and 2008. In 2013, they attended the British Footwear Association to pursue a BFA Foundation Course in Footwear Technology. Following this, in 2015, they studied Footwear Pattern Cutting at the University of the Arts London. In 2018, they took a shoe fit training course at SATRA.
