Alex van Tilburg is an experienced operations and manufacturing professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Axel Christiernsson International AB since March 2018, Alex has focused on providing customized solutions in the global lubricating grease market. Previous experience includes roles as Continuous Improvement/WCM Manager at Desso, where Alex implemented World Class Manufacturing practices, and Manager Production at POLYTEC COMPOSITES NL BV, overseeing the production of automotive components.
