Erika Molnárová

Erika Molnárová has worked in various roles since 2011. Erika began as an Allround Warehouse Operator at OTTO Work Force in 2011 and then moved to Flextronics Logistics B.V. as a Customer Service Employee in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Transportation Planner at Pan European Roadtransport Alliance B.V. and as an Order Process (team) Coordinator and Order Processing Specialist at Advantech. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Coordinator and Operation Team Leader and Internal Process Controller at AAEON | an ASUS assoc. co. Finally, in 2022, they began working as an Office & Facility Manager at Axelera AI.

Erika Molnárová obtained their HBO comparable degree in Teaching Profession for Kindergartens and Pedagogy from the Pedagogical and Social Academy, Lučenec between 2004 and 2008. Erika then earned their Orange belt diploma in Lean Six Sigma from Lean Six Sigma Partners in 2016. In 2017, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Lean Six Sigma Partners and also earned their Green belt diploma in Lean Six Sigma from the same institution.
