Merlyn Fernandes is an experienced Project Manager II currently at Axelerant since December 2021, responsible for engagement kickoff activities, backlog grooming, release planning, and coordinating stakeholder interactions to ensure timely project releases. Previously, at SJ Innovation LLC from April 2018 to November 2021, Merlyn served as a Business Analyst cum Project Manager, overseeing the Business Development Team and managing projects, while earlier roles included Project Manager and QA Tester at the same company from April 2009 to October 2017, focusing on web and mobile app development using Agile methodologies.
