Rasika Phanse is an experienced engineering manager and senior Drupal engineer with a strong background in web development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Facet Interactive since March 2022 and a Senior Drupal Engineer at Axelerant since June 2020, Rasika has previously held positions at Srijan Technologies, Capgemini, Iksula, and Blisstering Solutions, where expertise in content migration, search functionality implementation, and custom module development was demonstrated.
