Franck Frefield-Beilborn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Franck began their career as an Advertising Copywriter at TBWA Corporate in 1996. Franck then moved to Publicis Groupe in 2000, where they worked as a Senior International Account Manager until 2006.
In 2006, Franck joined Bouygues Construction as the Head of Communications, where they were responsible for corporate and HR communications. Franck played a crucial role in implementing the company's sustainable development strategy, managing brand positioning and reputation, and delivering HR and recruitment campaigns for major projects. Franck also handled internal communications, including the design and management of internal magazines and newsletters.
Following their tenure at Bouygues Construction, Franck worked at NEOMA Business School as the Communications Director from 2013-2014. Franck then joined SPREAD as the Corporate & Digital Communication Manager from 2014-2016. In 2017, Franck became the Communication Director and Head of Communications at NAVAL GROUP, where they provided interim management services from May to October and then took on the permanent role until November 2019.
In 2020, Franck joined Enedis as the CSR Communication – Brand & Digital Manager on an interim basis. Franck later joined Axens in 2021 as the Head of Corporate & In-House Communications until February 2022. Franck also served a reappointment in the same position at Axens from August 2022 to January 2023, which they fulfilled through a mission provided by Procadres International. Since January 2023, Franck has continued as the ongoing Head of Corporate & In-House Communications at Axens.
Additionally, Franck has lectured in Digital Marketing, Communication Strategy, Internal Communication, and CSR Communication at ISCOM from 2016 to the present.

Franck Frefield-Beilborn completed a Master's degree in International Relations and Political Sciences from ILERI in Paris from 1985 to 1989. Franck later pursued a Post Graduate Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Diplomatic School of Spain from 1989 to 1990.
