Romain le Masson

Romain Le Masson is a seasoned technology and process engineer with extensive experience in the petrochemical and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as the Technology Team Manager at Axens since April 2023, Romain focuses on the conversion of oil and biomass into cleaner fuels and chemical recycling of plastics, among other responsibilities. Prior to this role, Romain held positions at Lhyfe as a Project Engineering Manager, overseeing the development of innovative green hydrogen solutions, and returned to Axens as a Principal Technologist, where Romain developed technical bids for refinery process units. Romain's career also includes significant contributions at Technip and Air Liquide, where roles encompassed process design and research in various energy projects. Romain holds two Master's degrees in engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and IFP School.
