Xavier Decoodt

Xavier DECOODT has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Xavier started their career at Axens in 1996 as a Technical Services Advisor and later worked as a Process Group Manager from 2006 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Xavier served as the Head of reforming & selective hydrogenation catalyst. Xavier then joined Axens North America in 2018 as a Senior Industrial Project Manager and was later promoted to Engineering Director in 2020. Currently, Xavier holds the position of Technology & Technical Supports Vice President at Axens, starting in 2022.

Xavier DECOODT obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1991 to 1994. Xavier then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Refining, Oil & Gas from IFP School from 1994 to 1995.
