Christian Safi

Christian Safi has a diversified work experience in risk management and consulting roles within various companies. Christian is currently the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Axepta BNP Paribas Benelux. Prior to this, they were the owner of C-Performance, and held the position of Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Euler Hermes Group - Allianz Group for eight years. Christian has also worked as a Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant in risk management and business development roles at DynaFin Consulting and CEDEC S.A. respectively. Christian Safi has previous experience as a Senior Group Risk Manager at BNP Paribas Fortis and as the Managing Director of Business Risk Consulting sprl. Christian has also held leadership positions at Marsh and GECALUX (AON Group). Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Process Consultant at ACCENTURE (ANDERSEN CONSULTING), where they specialized in financial services and risk management.

Christian Safi attended the Université catholique de Louvain from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Applied Economic Sciences. Christian then went on to study Tax Management at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 1991 to 1993.
