Frederic Mallefait

Frederic Mallefait has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Frederic is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Axepta BNP Paribas Benelux since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the CIO - Directeur Informatique at Clinique St-Pierre Ottignies from April 2020 to January 2022.

Before their role at Clinique St-Pierre Ottignies, Frederic Mallefait worked at CESI SEPP | CESI EDPB as the CIO - ICT Director from December 2016 to April 2020. Frederic was responsible for managing and enhancing the well-being of workers in affiliated companies through prevention and protection services.

From January 2014 to November 2016, Frederic Mallefait worked as the Head of ITBT Support Functions & Customer Domain at Sibelga. Frederic was also involved in the Customer transformation program, implementing CRM solutions and defining customer journeys.

Prior to Sibelga, Frederic Mallefait held various roles at Speos Belgium, including Solution Manager, Program Manager, and Development Manager from 2003 to 2009. Frederic started their career as a Consultant at Accenture from February 1998 to September 2003.

Frederic Mallefait's work experience also includes a role as Product Manager at Drion Rent from January 1996 to January 1998.

Frederic Mallefait obtained a Master's degree in Sciences Economiques et Sociales from Université de Namur, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. Frederic also participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Sussex in 1995, focusing on Macroeconomy & International Trade. Prior to this, they completed their secondary education in Humanités, with a concentration in Latin-Greek, at Collège du Christ-Roi - Ottignies from 1985 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Frederic Mallefait has obtained certifications in Cobit 5 Foundation from APMG International in 2016, Enterprise Architect from Carnegie Mellon in 2010, and Prince 2 Foundation & Practitionner from APMG Group in 2005. Frederic has also received training in ITIL Foundation from PeopleCert, although the specific date of certification is not provided.
