JD Flores

JD Flores has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to present. JD started their career at PDS Energy in 2012 as a Program Manager, where they managed a team of 6 and coordinated an ETL pipeline. In 2016, they moved to Hanger, Inc. as a Database Analyst, where they restructured and consolidated multiple data repositories into a unified and strategic database solution. Later that year, they joined ESO as a Program Developer/Client Specialist, where they were responsible for resolving escalated tier-2 issues and helping clients of multi-million dollar accounts to implement new features. In 2020, they took on an Application Support Analyst role at Q2, where they obtained and analyzed essential information, conducted troubleshooting of large software, and maintained and updated SQL databases. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Axero Solutions as a Client Success Engineer.

JD Flores has an education history that includes a High School Diploma from Pflugerville High School, obtained between 2000 and 2003, as well as a course from Silkworm Consulting in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in jQuery, Javascript, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), HTML, and SQL from the Cambridge Certification Authority and TestDome respectively.
