Lauren Muhr

Lauren Muhr is a dedicated professional with experience as a Physical Therapy Aide at Axes Physical Therapy since May 2019 and as a Session Coach and Social Media Handler at OsteoStrong since May 2020. In the role at OsteoStrong, Lauren instructs and corrects members on the proper biomechanics of the Spectrum machines, while also building personal connections and encouraging individuals to improve their quality of life. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from Marist College, earned between 2019 and 2023.
