Ralf Schmitz

Ralf Schmitz serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at AXESS Networks since January 2020. Prior to this, Ralf held various prominent positions at JENOPTIK AG from October 1999 to December 2019, including Head of Strategic Business Development for the Traffic Solutions division and Global Sales Director. Ralf’s responsibilities included strategy development, sales control, and oversight of major projects. Additionally, Ralf was the Managing Director at RADARLUX Radar Systems GmbH from April 2015 to April 2019, overseeing P&L and operational sales. Ralf began the career at AkzoNobel as an Area Sales Manager focused on the textile industry in Asia. Ralf holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
