Virginia Wallace

Virginia Wallace is the current Chief Financial Officer at aXessPoint. Virginia has extensive experience in budget management and development, and has successfully developed and facilitated the financial management of several healthcare provider clients' EHR Total Cost of Ownership models and implementation budgets. Virginia is responsible for managing scope changes, supporting executives in making strategic decisions while considering the fiscal implications, and incorporating forecast updates. Budgets are all on time and under budget.

Prior to their current position, Virginia Wallace was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from August 2010 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing project budget workstreams with cross-functional, global internal teams and client teams to understand the scope of work, gather implementation requirements, establish project objectives, develop guiding principles, create a project plan and timelines. Virginia also established roles and responsibilities to align budgets and accounts with project leaders for executive confidence and board reporting.

Virginia Wallace has an MBA in Finance and Management with an emphasis in International Business from Rockhurst University. Virginia also has a degree in Fiance and Accounting from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business, where they majored in Accounting and Finance with an International Emphasis.
